The most useful messages are about a number that looks wrong or something that broke. If it's a cut list problem, these details help:

• Your room size and which walls have storage
• The part that looks wrong, and the size you expected
• A copy of the design link (the Copy link button), if you don't mind sharing it
• What device and browser you're using

Ideas are welcome too. This is a small project and email is the only support, so replies may take a few days. We can't review plans for safety or give advice on a specific build.
